The Erbach HM is powerful electrofusion fittings welding machine with active coolong system. Dimension range of welded pipes and fittings - up to 1200 mm.  Erbach HM is designed for welding thermoplastic pipes (HDPE, PP) using electric welding fittings (couplings/muffas, saddles, elbows, tees etc with integral heater-coil). Erbach HM apparatus perform welding of most of known fittings with an input voltage equal or less than 48 V. Erbach electrofusion machines comply with the specifications of the DVS 2208-1 as well as ISO 12176-2, from which also the standards for the applicable electrofusion fittings emerge.

Erbach HM is specially developed for welding pipes and fittings up to very big diameters and have active self-cooling systems, which make it possible to work with high current, necessary for welding big coupling for considerably long time. In contrast to most known electrofusion machines Erbach HM do not need any cooloing time when performing fusion of big-diameter couplings.

Electrofusion welding machine ERBACH HM fully meets the requirements of the main standard for this type of equipment - ISO 12176-2  Plastics pipes and fittings - Equipment for fusion jointing polyethylene systems - Part 2: Electrofusion (welding with embedded heaters), as well as the requirements of the standard DVS 2208-1 (Germany). The ERBACH HM machine belongs to the category of professional equipment for welding gas- and water- pressure pipelines from solid wall polyethylene pipes. In addition to direct welding, ERBACH HM performs such important functions as logging of welding process, auto-detection of the type of welded fittings SmartFuse (Smart Fusion) and produce the protocol after each welding.

In addition to the reading pencil and the automatic detection of the parameters of the SmartFuse fitting, the ERBACH HM gives the operator the opportunity to enter the fitting code manually (for example, if the fitting code is damaged or dirty and can not be read automatically).
Each ERBACH electrofusion unit has a convenient display with backlighting, and an automatic user manual in all main languages.
